Weight loss motivation is crucial for the usefulness of weight loss program. If an individual is not motivated and he is doing every thing for reducing weight, he can not get the required results of his efforts. He considers the weight loss exercises as a fatigue and is unserious in taking weight loss diets. The main constituent is only “will to do”. When a person feels the need of losing weight and can understand the adverse effects of overweight and obesity, he will do every thing to shrink weight. I have introduced an awareness program which includes the shortcomings of overweight. There are two main categories of drawbacks of overweight and obesity. Here are some details of these disadvantages which will help an individual to get motivated to reduce weight.
